Temple Session
The temple is open and sessions for all ordinances can be reserved for those who have an active temple recommend. Need new temple items? The distribution center will also be open. Reserve your session now, they fill up fast.
Whether you are checking off sites and temples on your Holy Places App, using your Journey to Zion App, or just exploring sites, Kansas City is blessed to be close to many Church history sites. If you don't have either of these apps, feel free to explore the sites with the maps we have.
There will be a guided tour at Tower Hill (Adam-ondi-Ahman) starting at 11:30pm by Tamara Simon.
Service Projects
11am - 2pm Shoal Creek Living History Museum. Come join in the fun of working together to help this non-profit with cleanup of their grounds and historic buildings. Wear sturdy shoes (and bring work gloves if you choose to help on the grounds.) Everyone needed! Please meet at 11:00 at the parking lot 7000 NE Barry Rd, Kansas City (just 3.5 miles from the Stake Center).
At the church we will be doing greeting cards for meals on wheels and happy kits for children at Children's Mercy.
