Wayne Swearingen grew up on 4 acres outside of the town of Tipton, Missouri. At the age of five, he and his family joined The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, a decision that has profoundly shaped his life. Wayne attended Ricks College in Rexburg, Idaho for one year before embarking on a two-year mission in the Canada Toronto East Mission. Upon returning from his mission, Wayne resumed his studies at Ricks College, where he met his future wife, Marissa. They have been happily married for 23 years and are proud parents to eight boys.

Wayne has built a successful career in food manufacturing and currently serves as Vice President of Operations for Dairy Farmers of America, overseeing 22 dairy processing factories across the United States.  He…
